Having successfully completed her Law degree at the University of Worcester and the Legal Practice Course with the University of Law, Raluca joined Russell & Co in February 2024 working as a Legal Assistant in the Property Department. In September 2026, the Directors offered Raluca a training contract which allowed her to rotate between departments, namely Property, Family, Dispute Resolution and Private Client. Raluca qualified as a Solicitor in September 2026 and was then offered a position as a Dispute Resolution Solicitor in the Litigation Department.

Raluca is fluent in several languages including German and Romanian.
