Sharon has worked in the local area for the last 13 years and before that for firms in Bristol. She qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2004. With many years experience of both commercial and residential property matters she has a strong reputation for efficiency and having a pragmatic approach to problem solving.

Sharon now deals primarily with commercial property transactions but can also assist with a range of other property related matters including complex residential matters, land and development sales and acquisitions, overage and option agreements, adverse possession, lease extensions, commercial and residential refinancing, deeds of easement and Land Registry and title queries
